Academic Support Program & Outpatient OT
Academic support is offered as needed for clients who wish to keep current with school assignments while engaging in PHP or IOP.

Enhance Your Child's Learning: Optional Academic Support Available
Our District Outreach Coordinator is available to liaise with your child’s school team to arrange for pencil-and-paper assignments to be forwarded to Direction. Like all services at Direction, participation in academic work is optional and voluntary.
To determine if Academic Support would be beneficial for your child during PHP/IOP, please reach out to your child’s case manager.
Outpatient Occupational Therapy
Your Child's Transition with Outpatient Occupational Therapy
Direction is pleased to offer outpatient occupational therapy services to select clients following their completion of PHP or IOP. Occupational therapy can provide valuable support as children transition from higher levels of care, helping them build the foundational skills needed for success in daily life.
OT services focus on developing practical strategies and routines that support emotional regulation, independence, and participation in everyday activities. Occupational therapy can also help make practicing the Behavioral Guidelines at home feel more manageable and sustainable.
